What I am offering now is something brand new. Using our magic rabbit, you could have a puppet that could interact with your audience in a way that has not been done before.
You can have an assitant operate the puppet in real time, or you can pre record animations to time into your show. Digital Puppet License Agreement
This Digital Puppet License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between the licensee ("You") and Digital Puppets, owned by Scott Evans of England, UK. By purchasing the Digital Puppet, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Terms:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Puppet for live stage shows, marketing promotions, and social media content creation on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
The copyright and ownership of the character design remain the property of Scott Evans and Digital Puppets. You are not permitted to resell the Digital Puppet or license its likeness to others.
You may customize the Digital Puppet for your specific use, including altering the appearance and behavior of the character as needed for your projects.
Limitations:
This license does not permit the creation of derivative works for resale or redistribution.
You are not authorized to use the Digital Puppet in any manner that violates local, national, or international copyright laws and regulations.
Indemnification:
Digital Puppets and Scott Evans shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the Digital Puppet.
Termination:
Violation of any terms of this Agreement will result in the immediate termination of this license.
By purchasing and using the Digital Puppet, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
